What is Dosha Samyam?

In traditional Vedic astrology, Dosha Samyam refers to the balancing or cancellation of astrological flaws between two partners. When it comes to Sevvai Dosham (Manglik Dosha), the general rule of thumb is that if one person has the dosham, the other person should also ideally have it. When two people with Sevvai Dosham marry, their fiery energies are said to cancel each other out, leading to a harmonious and balanced married life.

How Does This Calculator Work?

Unlike simple tables, this Sevvai Dosham Matching Calculator analyzes both the Boy's and Girl's horoscopes simultaneously using exact astronomical data (Lahiri Ayanamsa). It checks the position of Mars from the Ascendant (Lagnam) for both individuals.

Exceptions to the Rule
